Interviewed today, Watford’s ever-optimistic manager Adrian Boothroyd said that it was only a matter of time before that elusive first smile. “There is great confidence in the camp and we have a great bunch of lads here. From what I’ve seen there are at least three teams who are dourer than us, and a proven smiler doesn’t suddenly become mardy overnight. I’m sure that Matt will start breaking those grins in again soon”, added the Bradford-born Yorkshireman. “Where I come from we know how to do dour, and let me tell you, this isn’t it…”
Chillibabes? Shouldn’t that be spice girls? (Don’t fancy the look of yours).
