Book Signing…. 17/11/2009

If you’ve ever visited this blog before you’ll probably be painfully aware that I’ve recently had a book published on the history of the club, “Watford FC On This Day”.

This coming Thursday (Nov 19th) from 6pm to 8pm I’ll be signing copies at Waterstones in the Harlequin. Perhaps more enticingly, Watford manager Malky Mackay and legend Nigel Gibbs will also be present signing copies.

It would be good to see you there.

That is all.

Will be interesting to see if the author, the manager or the legend draws most attention… Good luck Matt – facing that competition I think you’ll need it 😉

Think you might be right.

Received your book in Denver, Colorado. And was quoted like a bible reading for the Nov 6th Watford Dever Supporters Club and was enjoyed by all. Great book, look forward to future publications.

Cheers,

Geoff

Good stuff Geoff. I’m honoured.

What a shame your official photographer couldn’t get Jose Mourinho over from Milan Matt 🙂

Mourinho’s not a big enough name for this gig.

It was nice to see Nigel Gibbs, a reminder of the days when some of the players were older than me, even though one of the Waterstones girls called him Neil Gibbs.

Forgive me for being late to the party but I’d just like to say what a great read this book is, and I feel particularly lucky at the efforts Matt went to that enabled me to have a signed copy.
